1) Why do I need a professional Interpreter? Image and trust!

Image: A professional Interpreter understand his/her role and responsiblity. He/she should be courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful.

Trust: A professional Interpreter gives you the peace of mind that everything being Interpreted is accurate. The client should feel comfortable that everything discussed is confidential.

2) How much do you charge for your services?

A) Interpretation:

• Standard fee is $45.00 per hour for medical or educational topics.
• Standard fee is $60.00 per hour for depositions.

B) Translation:

• It depends on the topic and timeline of the project.  When price comparing, please keep in mind the reputation, experience, and knowledge of the Translator.

3) What areas do you serve?

I serve the following areas: Allentown, Ambler, Coastesville, Delaware, Hatfield, King of Prussia, Lansdale, Norristown, Philadelphia, Pottstown, Reading, and South Jersey. However, if scheduled with ample time, I can go out of my area.

*Travel time will be included in my quote! 

4) What is your cancellation policy?

A) Interpretation services:

• Notice of less than 24 hrs: 100% of fee
• Notice between 24-48 hrs: 50% of fee
• More than 2 days notice: no late fee

*When you schedule an Interpreter you are purchasing his/her time.  If you cancel

your request, it may or may not be possible to sell that time. 

B) Translation services:

• There is a minimum $35.00 charge.
• 25% of fees in advance.
• Cancellation policies and fees will be set per project.
