Process:
- We ask that you fill out our Send This File form
- Once we receive your request, we will ask you about the deadline and let you know if the quality of the recording is acceptable.
- Are you interested in a standard, verbatim, or time-coded transcription (definitions below)?
- Once we agree on the price and type of transcription, we will get to work!
- We will submit the final draft in the language requested within deadline the agreed upon! P
Prices:
Though the quality of the audio tape is a major factor regarding time and pricing, we do our best to keep cost down. We charge $2.00 per min for standard Spanish <> English Transcription services.

Standard Transcription: Smooth read. We delete false starts, um, like, you kow, word repetitions. Speakers' original words remain in the order delivered. Ideal for medical appointments .
Verbatim Transcription: Everything heard is part of the record, including backrground noise, cough, laughter, sigh, phone ringing. Ideal for focus groups.
Time Code Transcription: Is our Standard or Verbatim transcriptions with time codes on the margin. Ideal for editing.
